Can I store my luggage before or after my stay?
Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage at all of our properties.
Can I request an early check-in?
While we strive to accommodate early check-in requests, it depends on availability and may incur an additional fee. We recommend asking the day before your arrival, as confirmation is only possible last-minute due to other bookings or unexpected schedule changes. If available, we’ll ensure you have access earlier.
Can I drop off my luggage earlier and return at 3 p.m.?
Due to high demand and the possibility of prior guests staying in the apartment, we cannot guarantee early access for luggage drop-off. The apartment may not be cleaned or ready for access before the standard check-in time. We will confirm availability for early drop-off one day prior to your check-in.
Can I arrange an in-person check-in?
Our standard check-in procedure is self check-in, allowing you to access the apartment at your convenience. You’ll receive the necessary access codes two days before your arrival. In-person check-in is available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee for arrivals after 6 p.m.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3 p.m., and check-out is by 11 a.m. on your departure day. Alternative times can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
My access codes aren’t working – what should I do?
If your access codes are not working, please contact us by phone, and we’ll assist you immediately.
How do I get my access codes?
You’ll receive the relevant instructions and access codes two days before arrival after submitting the required online check-in.
How does check-in work?
Our standard procedure is self check-in, completed through an online form submission before arrival. This process is contactless and convenient, as there is no reception on-site. You’ll receive entrance codes two days before arrival after providing personal information and passport ID. Details regarding key or electronic access will be included in the check-in instructions.
During the Stay
Is tap water safe to drink?
Tap water in Athens is generally safe to drink. Locals drink it without issue, though bottled water is recommended if you’re not used to chlorinated water.
What parking options are available?
Parking options vary by location. While most central Athens properties lack on-site parking, paid private parking is available nearby. If parking is essential, please check for apartments with parking options on our website, which will also be included in your check-in instructions if booked.
How do I report an issue during my stay?

If you’d like us to visit at a specific time, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you provide daily housekeeping?
We provide essential amenities for guests, but we don’t replace towels, bed linens, or refill bath products during your stay. By Greek law, we cannot offer hotel services like reception, breakfast, or daily cleaning. Additional cleaning services can be arranged with a third-party provider upon request and for an additional fee (requires 24-hour advance scheduling).

- Quiet hours: 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Self check-in: Available for free

- Web check-in: Required to comply with local regulations; passport or ID and home address must be provided
- Security Deposit: Required for direct bookings: Up to 30 days – €250, 1–6 months – 1 month’s rent, 6+ months – 2 months’ rent
- Baby crib: Available upon request for an additional fee
- Smoking: Not allowed
- Non-refundable bookings: Reservation is non-amendable and non-refundable.
My Booking
Can I request additional beds for extra guests?
While we don’t provide extra beds or air mattresses, many Athensis Apartments have sofa beds for additional guests. Use filters on our website to find apartments with the needed number of bedrooms and occupancy to ensure it suits your group.
What’s the cancellation policy?
If you booked directly on Athensis.gr, you can cancel up to 15 days before arrival for a full refund. For bookings longer than 30 days, different policies apply – please contact us for details. If you booked through a different site, refer to that site’s cancellation policy, as all requests must go through the original booking channel.
When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are provided at check-out. For company invoices, please supply all necessary details (company name, address, VAT) in advance.
How can I extend my booking?
If you booked through a partner site (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), send an alteration request via their platform. For direct bookings, email us at info@aiolosapartments.com to request an extension, subject to availability.
